No third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are used. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized before storage.

Specifically, our analytics cookies collect:

• Feature engagement metrics (which features are used, how frequently)
• Document category usage patterns (aggregated, not content)

All of the above data is anonymized prior to collection. No document content, personal information, or organization-specific data is included in analytics. To opt out of analytics collection, go to Account Settings → Privacy → Analytics.

4. No Advertising or Tracking Cookies

FlowGuideAI does not use:

• Third-party advertising cookies or ad networks
• Behavioral tracking or retargeting cookies
• Social media tracking pixels
• Cross-site tracking technologies

We do not sell data to advertising networks.

5. Launch Banner

The launch countdown banner uses browser sessionStorage (not a cookie) to remember if you have dismissed it in your current session. This data is cleared when you close your browser and contains no personal information.
