Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards for responsible use of the FlowGuideAI platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Permitted Use
FlowGuideAI is designed for creating internal business documentation. Permitted uses include:
- Drafting compliance documentation for internal review and verification by qualified professionals
- Creating HR policies, employee handbooks, and operational procedures for your organization
- Generating IT runbooks, incident response procedures, and technical documentation
- Developing standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials
- Creating legal document drafts for review by licensed attorneys
- Generating financial procedure documentation for review by qualified financial professionals
2. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are expressly prohibited:
Fraudulent Compliance Representations
You may not use AI-generated documentation to:
- Submit to auditors, regulators, or certification bodies documentation that has not been reviewed and verified by qualified professionals
- Falsely represent that AI-generated compliance documentation has been prepared, reviewed, or certified by licensed professionals
- Obtain certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.) using documentation that has not been independently reviewed
- Misrepresent your organization's compliance status to customers, investors, or regulators
Harmful Content
- Generating content intended to harass, defame, or harm individuals or organizations
- Creating documentation designed to facilitate illegal activity
- Producing content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions, or platform security controls
- Using automated tools to scrape, extract, or bulk-download platform content or AI outputs
- Sharing account credentials to exceed seat limits
- Interfering with the availability or performance of the Service for other users
3. Compliance Documentation Responsibility
Critical Notice for Compliance Teams
Users who generate compliance documentation (including SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and similar frameworks) are solely responsible for having qualified human professionals review all AI-generated content before submission to auditors, regulators, or certification bodies. FlowGuideAI makes no representation that generated content satisfies any specific regulatory requirement, audit standard, or certification criterion. Using unreviewed AI-generated documentation in formal compliance processes is a violation of this AUP and the Terms of Service, and is solely the user's responsibility.
Before using any FlowGuideAI output in a regulated context, you must:
- Have the content reviewed by a qualified professional in the relevant domain (e.g., a licensed attorney for legal documents, a qualified compliance professional for regulatory documentation, a licensed HR professional for employment documents)
- Verify that the content accurately reflects your organization's actual practices and controls
- Confirm that the content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Accept full responsibility for the content's accuracy and compliance before use
4. Reporting Violations
To report violations of this AUP or suspected misuse of the platform, contact legal@flowguideai.com. Reports are treated confidentially.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund
- Reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law
- Legal action to recover damages arising from your violation
FlowGuideAI reserves the right to investigate potential violations and to cooperate with law enforcement in any investigation.
6. Changes to This Policy
FlowGuideAI may update this AUP periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
